No. FarmAudit.ai uses Google's Gemini API on the paid commercial tier. Under Google's contractual terms for paid services, your data is explicitly excluded from being used to train, improve, or develop any AI models. This is a binding legal commitment, not just a policy preference.
Can Google employees see my utility bills?▼
No. Enterprise API processing is fully automated. Unlike free consumer AI products (like ChatGPT Free or Google Bard), which may use human reviewers for quality assurance, paid API access processes your data entirely through automated systems with no human review.
How long is my data stored by the AI provider?▼
It isn't. The AI model processes your request statelessly. Your utility bill content is sent to the model, the model generates an analysis, and the response is returned. The model does not "remember" your data between requests. Think of it like a calculator: it computes a result but doesn't store the inputs afterward.

Where is my FarmAudit.ai data stored?▼
Your uploaded utility bills and extracted data are stored in Google Cloud Storage in the us-central1 region. This data is encrypted at rest and only accessible through your authenticated FarmAudit.ai account. You can delete your data at any time from the Documents page.
