Trust and data handling
FarmAudit stores audit context on purpose.
FarmAudit.ai is a workspace for utility bill extraction, audit review, farmer conversations, source verification, and report generation. The system keeps the records required to make that work durable, reviewable, and useful across sessions.
Per-farm workspace records
Farm profiles, utility documents, extracted bill rows, audit artifacts, report outputs, and review history are stored so an audit can be resumed and checked later.
Knowledge and memory
FarmAudit can persist per-farm knowledge base entries, conversations, and Faraday memory to keep context available across sessions.
Operational metadata
We keep the metadata needed for authentication, permissions, processing state, source verification, and audit trails.
Security posture
Access, automation, and accountability
FarmAudit uses authenticated workspaces, encrypted transport, hosted storage, and source-linked review trails to keep audit data controlled and traceable. Model calls are part of the processing path, not a replacement for the application database or the per-farm knowledge layer.
Workspace data remains available until it is deleted through product controls, handled through an agreed retention process, or removed by support/admin action.
Workspace-scoped access
Records are available through authenticated FarmAudit accounts and farm/workspace permissions rather than public links.
Persistent context
Conversation and memory features preserve useful audit context instead of forcing users to restate farm-specific facts each session.
Commitments
FarmAudit stores customer workspace data intentionally so audit work remains durable and reviewable.
AI calls are made through configured API providers; provider terms govern provider-side retention, training, and abuse monitoring.
Normal extraction and review workflows are automated, but authorized workspace users and approved support/admin workflows can access records when needed.
Customer data is scoped to authenticated FarmAudit workspaces and is not shared with other customers.
Questions customers ask
Does FarmAudit remember my documents or conversations?v
Yes. FarmAudit stores work product in the account workspace, including uploaded documents, extraction results, audit history, conversations, per-farm knowledge, and Faraday memory when those features are used.
Is my data used to train a FarmAudit model?v
No FarmAudit-owned foundation model is trained on customer utility bills or conversations. For third-party model calls, the provider contract and API terms control provider-side training and temporary retention behavior.
Can a human ever access my records?v
FarmAudit is automated by default, but the product is not designed around a blanket no-human-access claim. Authorized users in your workspace and approved operational support paths may inspect records for review, troubleshooting, or customer-directed work.
How long does FarmAudit keep data?v
Workspace data remains available until it is deleted through product controls, handled through an agreed retention process, or removed by support/admin action. Temporary model-provider retention, if any, is governed by that provider's API terms.
This page describes product behavior in plain language. Contract terms, provider API terms, and customer-specific agreements control where they apply.
